What is the dosage for fermented cod liver oil in the capsule size? Your book only lists teaspoon sizes.

2 capsules of the Blue Ice Butter Royal is 1500mg (750 mg per capsule). This is approximately 1/3 of a teaspoon. The Fermented Cod liver oil capsule size is 500mg, so two capsules is approximately 1/4 teaspoon. Dave the owner of Green Pasture's said that 5 grams of capsules equals one teaspoon. Keep in mind that these products are very potent. The dosage needs to be adjusted to your personal needs and desires.

For severe cavities, or severe tooth pain or infection, you want 1/4 teaspoon of fermented cod liver oil and 1/4 teaspoon of butter oil 3x daily. For the Blue Ice Butter Royal Blend, for severe cavities for an adult, you'll want to take 10 capsules per day, spread as evenly as possible, or taken with meals. If you are taking the products separately, you'll want 7 capsules fermented cod liver oil, 7 capsules of the high vitamin butter oil. and

For maintainence dosages, about half the amounts listed for adults.

Children (under the age 6-8) should take 1/2 or less of the adult dosage, unless the problem is severe. Also sometimes children want more of the butter oil than the cod liver oil. Sometimes they eat allot, and other times they avoid it. Trust the bodies desire. Overdosing on these products probably won't cause any health concerns. But use them with care.
