Remineralize Your Teeth Naturally with Good Food

Your teeth can remineralize and repair naturally by modifying your diet. Cure Tooth Decay TM is a professionally published 250-page book, as well as an instructional website by dental health educator, Ramiel Nagel.

Five years ago my daughter's teeth started to crumble apart. Rather than subject her to painful dental treatments, I sought to find what really causes tooth cavities. After painstaking trial and error, I found a program that works. To share this information with more people, I wrote the book, Cure Tooth Decay TM.

Why Do Dentists Drill Teeth?

For the past 130 years modern society has blamed germs and what germs eat as the exclusive cause of tooth decay. The remedies prescribed have been fluoride, tooth brushing and tooth flossing. When these fail, you must submit to drilling and filling. Yet these prescribed methods do not seem to work for a significant portion of the population.

Tooth decay is caused by nutrient deficiencies and not bacteria. This has been proven in both animal and laboratory experiments. I share with you some of the proof both on this website, and in the book Cure Tooth Decay. If tooth decay was considered a nutrition problem then both patients and dentists would very quickly start asking the question I have been asking, “Why do dentists drill people's teeth?”

There are compelling reasons for the industry of dentistry to be blind to a nutritional or preventative paradigm because it would require changing how they do business. Before I explain a little bit about why I am sharing this information and others are not, please take a look at what I have to offer you.

Author Ramiel Nagel Cure Tooth Decay

Meet Ramiel Nagel, Dental Health Advocate and Author of Cure Tooth Decay

Like 90% of the population, I have suffered from tooth decay. During my teenage years I had seven mercury fillings placed in my mouth. Each time when I went for the dentist it was just for a checkup. My teeth had no pain. And yet the dentist insisted on drilling holes in my teeth. What I did not know then, but wish I knew, was that the tiny cavities or signs of cavities in my mouth were signs that I was not getting enough vitamins and minerals in my diet as I was growing.

Nine years ago I dragged myself in for a long overdue dental checkup and was told the dreaded news: I had four new cavities. Just after that time my young daughter's teeth quickly developed cavities. I knew that I did not want my teeth drilled this time. And I also had a vague sense of knowledge that mercury was not a safe filling material. Even though at the time I did not want my teeth drilled, I also knew something was out of balance because my teeth felt loose in my mouth. Somehow I thought it was because I wasn't brushing my teeth enough.

Like most people, I felt helpless to do anything about my loose and decaying teeth. I tried brushing my teeth more consistently but it did not seem to do much. So I thought "I am just unlucky, and life is not treating me fairly." I tried to avoid thinking about the problem for myself, hoping it would go away. (That technique did not work, by the way.)

My daughter's situation was more severe. It was not something I could look past. One of her teeth just disintegrated and chipped apart in a matter of about two weeks time around the age of one and a half years old. Every day myself and my spouse would look at her teeth in despair, knowing that we did not want the cavities to get worse. Knowing that we were not going to subject her to painful and invasive surgery. But not knowing what to do about it.

That was eight years ago. Using a special nutritional program, I no longer have any more tooth sensitivity. A dentist I saw for a orthopedic orthodontic appliance says my teeth are harder to move than his other patients. My teeth feel rock solid. And if they ever occasionally do not, I can pinpoint it to something out of balance in my diet. By correcting my daughter's diet, her decay stopped progressing. Her teeth stopped crumbling apart. Her energy level increased. And without ever having her teeth drilled we have kept her pain and tooth infection free. She is now ten years old and because her teeth remineralized, her soft tooth structure became hard again. Many of her severely decayed baby teeth have fallen out and healthy, cavity-free adult teeth have come in. This was all done without any pain or infection.

In order to enhance people's ability to eat nutrient dense foods and support their overall health and dental health with life giving nutrients, I haved launched the Traditional Foods Market.

A New Treatment Model for Tooth Decay

You no longer need to subject yourself to painful and unnecessary drilling. Dentistry has failed the general public because with every new dental treatment, the patient is losing irreplaceable tooth enamel and dentine. Studies on dentistry have shown that dentists are aggressively overtreating. By the admission of the dental field, fillings have a limited life span. Conventional dentistry therefore does not offer a real cure. The average 40-59 year old has had 45% of all of their teeth affected with tooth decay. As we age the dental treatments that people require become more severe. First fillings, then crowns. Later, root canals and tooth extractions are the only prescribed treatments. We pay more and more dental dollars and still continue to lose our health and our teeth.

Your Diet Is What Causes Cavities

See if this statement resonates with you and feels correct? The real treatment for cavities has already been discovered by notable researchers like Edward and May Mellanby and esteemed Dentist Weston Price. The real cause of cavities and how to stop cavities has been obscured from and by modern dentistry since the 1930s.

Because dental treatments do not stop the progression of one of the most prevelant diseases on the planet (tooth decay), we cannot afford to deny the real cause of cavities any longer, for:

Professor Earnest Hooton "It is store food that has given us store teeth."
- Harvard Professor Earnest Hooton

And it is really as simple and as profound as what Dr. Hooton said. The foods we eat give us cavities. By changing your diet, you can stop cavities and prevent tooth decay.

Dentist Weston Priced Discovered The Cure For Cavities

Dentist Weston Price

Dentist Weston Price was the chief of research at the National Dental Association, later renamed to the American Dental Association. Dr. Price showed the world how to heal cavities with nutrition. His form of treatment could "control well over 95 percent of dental caries."

During his time, his research was highly respected and published in the dental journals of his time, including Dental Cosmos, Dental Digest, and The Journal of the American Dental Association.

What he published was his research of dramatically reducing cavities in patients with severe tooth decay. He also shared with the world documentation of people who live completely free from tooth decay.

A growing number of people embrace Dr. Price's teachings which advocate the use of fat-soluble vitamins from healthy animal foods. From the many testimonials I have seen that what Dr. Price concluded about tooth decay is both real and truthful.

"Tooth decay is not only unnecessary, but an indication of our divergence from nature's fundamental laws of life and health."

A 95%+ Effective Tooth Decay Cure with Food

Dr. Price challenged his fellow dentists and asked them to refer their worst possible cases to him. Of 17 of these worst-case individuals with severe cavities, only one patient developed new cavities on Dr. Price's nutritional program, a recurrence rate of 0.4%.

Dr. Price's nutritional program is stated word for word in the book Cure Tooth Decay. The protocol is also available in his book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, but you'll have to dig through about 500 pages of small font text to find it. Dr. Price's book is engaging, but many cannot even find his protocol in his book. And those who can find it usually struggle to relate it to our modern diet and life. In Cure Tooth Decay the book, several years of trial and error have gone into improving and clarifying Dr. Price's protocol, as well as adding to it. The book, Cure Tooth Decay includes clear explanations of why you need to eat certain foods, while avoiding others. I do not just tell you what to eat, I tell you why to eat it. And when you have a correct understanding of why our bodies need certain foods, you will be able to easily incorporate dietary changes into your life that will create a significant difference in your rate of new cavities.

What Do Dentists Say About the Book Cure Tooth Decay?

Timothy Gallagher, DDS, Past President of the Holistic Dental Association

Cure Tooth Decay is a godsend for those seeking a comprehensive, holistic approach to their dental health that really works. The protocol in this book is very effective for preventing and mineralizing cavities.

Arta Vakhshoori, DDS, California

Ramiel proposes practical life-changing choices that are worthwhile reading and definitely worth following.

At the 2010 Weston Price Foundation conference, several of the top holistic dentists in the country personally bought my book. A few holistic dentists even carry my book in their office.

If Cavities Can Be Cured and Prevented Why Hasn't Your Dentist Told You?

Consider this: The field of dentistry admits that it cannot stop the onslaught of tooth decay. They cannot see outside their overly narrow paradigms and definitions. In order to understand how to stop tooth decay, the field has to be open to new belief systems which have been previously discarded and rejected. As long as dentistry keeps thinking and feeling the same way about tooth cavities, they will never find a real cure. I was able to discover a real cure, because I was not limited by the beliefs of the dental field. While each dentist is a little different, there are two real world explanations of why the dental industry holds on to limiting and unfortunately unhelpful belief systems about healing cavities.

  • Dentists are educated in an old-fashioned way that focuses exclusively on surgical intervention. On one hand dentists are supposed to be experts in the mouth. But on the other hand they are limited to surgical or chemical interventions. Dental schools do not teach about tooth remineralization with food.
  • Dentistry is a $100,000,000,000 (that's 100 Billion) industry. I do not know why anyone involved in the industry would want to shake the boat. It is more convenient to just let things be, and make a handy profit. Please note I am speaking in generalities here, and there are of course exceptions to these points.

Since the 1930s it has been well documented that using fat-soluble vitamins and fortifying the diet with minerals will cause tooth cavities to remineralize. Dentist Weston Price published pictures of cavities remineralizing in his book, "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration," and the famous professor from England, Edward Mellanby, published pictures of cavities healing in his book, "Nutrition and Disease."

Dentists, and even the American Dental Association, do know that eating sugar frequently will cause cavities. Their advice is to remove the food that the bacteria eat and that you do not need to pay much attention to the food that you eat. What is shocking is that there is little or no nutritional information taught in today's "modern" dental schools. It is as if this entire paradigm of nutrition and its relation to dental health has been thrown out the window.

The system is so slanted towards encouraging dentists to drill that if a dentist does not offer you surgery or anti-bacterial solutions to "treat" the so-called infectious disease of dental caries, they can get sued. A lawsuit comes with the possibility that they lose their license for not treating your "disease" with what is called the standard of care. If a dentist advises you to eat healthy and starts doing body chemistry analysis on you, they can potentially lose their license (depending on what state they are in) for practicing out of the scope of their practice. This is unfortunate because just 70 years ago, it was common and accepted for dentists to study and seriously consider tooth decay as a whole body problem. That is why the concept of D.M.D. was originally started, that is a Doctor of Dental Medicine. But the reality is most D.M.D.s do not know how to stop tooth cavities with diet.

Dentist George Heard, author of Man Versus Toothache, knew how to heal cavities naturally and tried to share his results with the world. After he explained his findings of curing cavities with excellent raw milk and a whole foods diet to his fellow dentists, they responded:

"If all our patients adhered to Dr. Heard's ideas, we would be minus patients."

Wise Traditions Thumbs Up Tooth Decay Review

Wise Traditions, the Journal of the Weston A. Price Foundation, gave Cure Tooth Decay a thumbs up review. They wrote,

"Seventeen years ago while having my teeth cleaned, I overheard the patient in the adjoining cubicle ask the dentist if there was anything she could do to keep her teeth from decaying. He emphatically stated, "No, there is nothing you can do. Your teeth are soft and are going to continue to decay for the rest of your life."... How I wish that I could have jumped out of the dental chair seventeen years ago and handed the woman yearning to stop her teeth from decaying a copy of Cure Tooth Decay. I like to believe she would have accepted Ramiel's invitation and changed her fate... Thank you, Ramiel, for Cure Tooth Decay, for helping us on the journey."

The famous Nexus Magazine requested Ramiel write an article on curing cavities with diet. "

Tooth Decay Mat & Helse Review

Norway's Number One Health and Science Magazine, Mat & Helse, requested to review Cure Tooth Decay. Part of the review states:

"Cure tooth decay takes up that tooth decay (cavities) are not genetically determined, but the result of our environment, and primarily the food we eat. According to the author there is a natural way to revitalize tooth cavities using proper nutrition. Many people can avoid or limit dental treatment by getting your body in better health and balance. In the book the author shows how this is possible."

  • I did not have to have Novocain - priceless
  • I did not have my teeth drilled, so I get to keep my original enamel intact - that is priceless.

Our return rate on books is extremely low, and people who buy Cure Tooth Decay have a different problem then wanting to return it.
