Postpartum Cavities and Other Health Problems
Question: What are the essentials (foods and supplements) for daily use to help me (quickly) now 5 years postpartum with:
- loss of cycles (not any since last baby 5 years ago)
- tooth decay (11 teeth now near at gum-line)
- bones feel fragile ( i already had a fractured rib)
- hair loss
- muscle spasm under eye above cheek bone (think it's stress or not enough sleep?)
I also have a condition from birth called "Redundant Colon" a colon that twist and coils (imagine a bowl of spaghetti) the results in need for laxative (which i avoid) to use the bathroom more than 1 time a week. I use vitamin C and magnesium to soften stool and a very low animal food diet, I also can NOT have any dairy even raw.
I take 1/2 tsp. of high vitamin butter/cod liver oil a day along with 1-2 raw egg yolks, weekly. I have bone broth. I eat primarily fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fish. NO grains and no white meats. "Raw" meats (cooked constipates worse) are all my body can digest and i can not eat them that often due to my bowels.
Answer: your situation likely requires significantly more help than I can provide. My guess is that pregnancy has released some toxins into your body that your body could not handle. Seek the best of the best Chinese, ayurvedic or Tibetan medicine practitioners.
My only suggestion is lots of gelatin rich soup. I recommend taking out nuts, seeds, and fruits if you can without compromising your digestion.
Nuts and seeds, can be hard to digest and contain toxins which are not a problem for people in normal health.
Fruit is not mineral rich, and can leach nutrients from the body. For this condition avoiding all fruit and sweets will help.
Increase your vegetable intake as a replacement to the fruit and nuts. Try fish soup made with the heads, beef and chicken are also good but less minerals.
You could also try more cod liver oil and butter oil. But I cannot be certain this is the best advice for you without
being able to analyze how you digest food, which I don't know how to do very well.
Muscle spasm could be a lack of vitamin A or calcium.

I was ready to have a tooth pulled and the dentist told me that I needed a root canal, but I had no money for either procedure. I was in pain and my cheek had already begun to swell. But after just over a month of following Ramiel's dietary protocols it is hard for me to feel which tooth was bothering me. Thanks a million to Ramiel Nagel for writing this book. Unbelievable! - Leroy, artist from Utah. |
