Mainstream Website Continues to Put Out FALSE Information on Tooth Cavities
I guess it is called the mainstream, because it represents what the majority of us think about tooth decay. Alternatively, mainstream beliefs represent what the "authorities", like the government and medical establishments, want you to believe about tooth decay.
I have taken excerpts from a popular health website that is supposed to have truthful and accurate information regarding tooth cavities. But as you will see, the information misleads you from finding the real cause of cavities, and thus a real cure.
What is Tooth Decay? According to a popular site, "It occurs when bacteria in your mouth make acids that eat away at a tooth."
Tooth decay is in reality a degenerative disease condition. It is the result of the modern foods we eat, and the modern drugs and toxins we are exposed to. It is not caused by bacteria. At best, the body uses the bacteria to convert tooth minerals into body building minerals. Bacteria are the result of physical degeneration, and not the cause.
"You can easily prevent tooth decay by brushing and flossing your teeth regularly, seeing your dentist for teeth cleaning and checkups, and avoiding foods that are high in sugar."
Many people write to me, and have told me personally that they have religiously brushed their own teeth, or their child's teeth, and even used the deadly fluoride poison, and still they have cavities. If this system worked, why do people still keep getting cavities?
More Tooth Decay Beliefs
What Causes Tooth Decay?
"The acids attack the teeth for 20 minutes or more after eating."
In reality, blood sugar fluctuations cause our body to signal the glands in our jaw, the parotid, to cause our teeth to demineralize. It doesn't have anything to do with acids, unless you are drinking something acidic regularly. Blood sugar fluctuations occur after we eat meals with modern, processed and denatured foods.
Conventional Cavity Treatments?
I don't ever recommend you avoid a dentist, but rather, find a good one.
Conventional tooth decay treatments leave you with dentists drilling holes in your teeth, and then filling them with a fake substance. Or even worse, removing the entire nerve and top of the tooth, a root canal. Conventional dentistry rarely if ever address the real cause of cavities: the health of your body, and the foods you eat.
The truth is that tooth decay can be prevented with a good diet. See how healthy people, on a healthy diet, don't have tooth cavities.
