Foods That Promote Tooth Decay
What you do not eat, is as important as what you do eat.
Many people call me who have problems with their teeth. When I ask them what they eat, I find that they eat foods from the foods which unbenounced to them, causes tooth decay.
On this very page, you will find an important foods to avoid list. When you regularly eat the foods listed here, and you have tooth decay, it is no surprise. Since these nutrient devoid foods do not give your body the minerals and vitamins it needs to grow and sustain healthy teeth and gums.
And taking some multi-vitamin, organic or not, does not fill in the nutritional gap. Nearly all vitamins do not work, because you cannot trick or avoid the laws of Nature. The law is that we must eat whole and unrefined foods to be healthy.
Organic Does Not Mean It Is Good For You!
Perhaps many years ago, the organic label had value. If you buy any type of packaged food that says organic on the label, it is usually still bad for you.
It is less bad than conventional because it may be made with less chemicals and less additives. Even still, the organic food is usually overly sweetened, overly heated, and overly processed, the result is a food that does not resemble its original form and structure on the cellular level. Thus, the food will contribute to disease and illness in your body over time.
Packaged foods, particularly rice milk, soy milk, and breakfast cereals, labeled organic or not, are nutrient and life depleting foods, avoid them!
