Orthodontics - Braces and Headgear

Orthodontics in itself is a good idea, with a sound theory behind it. It says that our bodies need to have an aligned mouth and jaw, such that our bit is proper, and our jaw is proportionate.

With good facial form, we can eat properly, chew our food well, and live without tooth, jaw or mouth pain.

The problem in my opinion, is that the types of appliances used are not in harmony with what our bodies need.
