The California Legislature enacted California Senate Bill SB-577 that affirms the right of citizens to obtain Alternative and Complementary Health Care from practitioners other than licensed Physician's and Surgeons or other licensed health professions. The point of this form is that you are clear that I am not offering or replacing medical services. Our time together is to support your health, and does not replace you dentists or doctors medical opinion.

Ramiel Nagel DOES NOT provide the following:
1. Conduct surgery or any other procedure on another person that punctures the skin or harmfully invades the body.
2. Administer or prescribes x-ray radiation to another person.
3. Prescribe or administers legend drugs or controlled substances to another person.
4. Recommend the discontinuance of legend drugs or controlled substances prescribed by an appropriately licensed practitioner.
5. Willfully diagnose and treats a physical or mental condition of any person under circumstances or conditions that cause or create risk of great bodily harm, serious physical or mental illness, or death.
6. Set fractures.
7. Treat lacerations or abrasions through electrotherapy.
8. Hold out, states, indicates, advertises, or implies to a client or prospective client that he or she is a physician, a surgeon, or a physician and surgeon.
Ramiel Nagel is NOT a dentist and DOES NOT do the following:

1. Evaluate, diagnose, prevent and treat diseases, disorders and conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and the adjacent and associated structures.
2. Coordinate dental services to meet the oral health needs of the patient.
3. Provide services to prevent diseases, disorders and conditions of the oral cavity,  maxillofacial area and the adjacent and associated structures. 
4. Perform any other work included in the curriculum of an approved dental school, college or dental department of a university.
5. Look at dental x-rays, look into people’s mouths.
Ramiel Nagel is NOT A licensed physician. The services to be provided are not licensed by the state of California. The treatment is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.


Services Provided: Phone health consultations include: dietary advice, explanations that clarify information about dental procedures dentists can provide, alternative methods to heal the body with diet. Consultations are not meant to replace dental advice or dental visits and are meant to be complimentary to dental advice.

Theory: Consultations are based upon the work of Hippocrates, who believed vis medicatrix naturae - which I translate as "The Force of Nature Heals." I believe that by aligning with nature’s principals that health of the body can be restored.

The treatment theory is based upon the work of dentist Melvin Page, Weston Price, Hal Huggins, Ralph Steinman and doctor Henry Bieler.  

Education, training: 2000 hours of professional study in energy medicine. Over 1000 hours of intensive personal growth work related to the pathwork. 10 years practice of yoga.  5 years of personal experience with my own and my daughters dental health as it relates to diet. I do not have any formal nutrition or science training.  I am self taught and use my intution.
